We, Daovest Sdn. Bhd., provide you with access to our online courses, discussion groups, tools, and materials for educational and informational purposes (collectively, including any new features, the "Service") through our website located at www.daovest.my (including any sub-domains therein) (the "Site"), subject to the terms of service herein (the "Terms of Service"). In these Terms of Service, "Member" or "you" means any person who subscribes to, registers for, accesses or uses the Site and/or Service, and "Platform" means the Site, our online learning platform, and our discussion groups hosted on third-party messaging applications (such as Telegram and WhatsApp). Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they govern your use of the Site and Service. By subscribing, using, and/or accessing the Site and/or Service (as the case may be), you agree to be bound by all the Terms of Service herein.

Certain content or features on the Site and/or Service may be subject to specific terms and conditions that are in addition to these Terms of Service. These additional terms and conditions will be brought to your attention for your agreement at the time when you subscribe to, sign up for, and/or purchase such content or features. Such additional terms and conditions are supplemental to these Terms of Service and do not override them. Daovest Sdn. Bhd. is in the business of providing training services in the subject of stock market investing and trading, with the objective of helping our clients acquire essential knowledge in stock investing and trading. Daovest does NOT hold a Capital Markets Services Licence and is NOT a licensed investment adviser.

The services, information, and data made available through the Site and the Service (including course materials, discussion groups, market data, rankings, news and flash updates), including facts, views, advice, analysis, opinions of individuals and organizations, are for general information purposes only. They are NOT intended as investment advice and must NOT be relied upon as such. Daovest and its third-party information providers are not giving or purporting to give, representing, or holding themselves out as giving personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You should make your own independent assessment, or seek advice from a licensed professional, before making any investment decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daovest shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from or arising out of any reliance on the facts, views, advice, analysis, opinions, and recommendations expressed. 5. Access and Use of Service

5.1. Description of Use

The Service, and any content viewed through the Site and/or Service, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Upon your subscription to the Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable membership to access and view our online courses, discussion groups, tools, and materials for educational and informational purposes on the Site. Except for the foregoing limited membership, no right, title, or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the content on the Site and/or Service for any purpose other than for your personal educational and informational purposes. You agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, republish, download (unless we explicitly state otherwise), share, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the content on the Service and/or Site for any commercial purpose.

We may revoke your membership at any time for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion. Upon such revocation, you agree that you shall promptly destroy all content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site and/or Service, as well as copies of such materials, whether made in accordance with these Terms of Service or otherwise.

You agree that you shall access the content on the Site and/or Service using your own account only, and that sharing your account or login details with any other person, or accessing the content through another website, is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you shall keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights associated with the content on the Site and/or Service by not modifying any of the said content in a manner that suggests an association with our products, services, and/or brands.

5.2. Registration

You may be required to register with the Site in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form(s). You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service and/or Site, including the content of the Service and/or Site. In the event of such modification, suspension, or discontinuance, we are under no obligation to retain your account or your submitted content on the Site for any period of time.

5.4. Fees and Refund Policy

All sums paid by the Member to Daovest at any time, including the Subscription Fee, shall not be refundable even if the Member chooses not to use and/or continue to use and/or subscribe to the Services. All Subscription Fees are exclusive of taxes and bank charges which may be imposed when the Member makes payment to Daovest. All such taxes and bank charges payable shall be borne solely by the Member.

6. Intellectual Property and Limitations on Use

All materials and information provided within the Platform or pursuant to the Services remains and/or shall be the copyright or intellectual property of either Daovest, its information providers and/or any third parties (as the case may be). All materials and/or information posted by a Member on the Platform shall be deemed in consideration of the provision of the Services to be assigned to Daovest by virtue of posting herein except for material and information belonging to third parties which shall remain the copyright or intellectual property of such third parties.

Member agrees that the Services may only be used for the Member's own and non-commercial use, and not for publication, distribution, transmission, retransmission, redistribution, broadcast, reproduction or circulation to anyone else, and not for posting to forums, newsgroups, mailing lists, electronic bulletin boards, electronic chats and/or any other platforms or websites.

Member shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any materials, information, data, software, products or services obtained from the Services and/or from the Platform. Member acquires no rights to the user identification code or password assigned to the Member by Daovest and Daovest reserves the right to change the same at its sole discretion without being liable to the Member for any loss and/or damage suffered.

7. Market Data, News and Third-Party Content

The Site displays stock quotes, market indices, top gainers and losers, trending stocks, news headlines and flash news (collectively, "Market Information") obtained from third-party sources, including Yahoo Finance, Wallstreetcn (华尔街见闻) and Sina Finance (新浪财经). Market Information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

Market Information, including the appearance of any company in a ranking, list or news item, is for general information only and does not constitute a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial product.

Third-party news and flash content remains the property of its respective owners and is displayed with attribution and a link to the original source. Daovest does not verify, endorse or accept responsibility for such content. You shall not scrape, copy or redistribute Market Information from the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Language

These Terms of Service are written in English. Any translation or summary in another language is provided for convenience only; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
