All sums paid by the Member to Daovest which inclusive of Subscription Fee at any time shall not be refundable even if the Member chooses not to use and/or continue to use and/or subscribe the Services. All Subscription Fees are exclusive of taxes and bank charges which may be imposed when Member makes payment to Daovest. All such taxes and bank changes payable shall be borne solely by the Member.
6. Intellectual Property and Limitations on Use
All materials and information provided within the Platform or pursuant to the Services remains and/or shall be the copyright or intellectual property of either Daovest, its information providers and/or any third parties (as the case may be). All materials and/or information posted by a Member on the Platform shall be deemed in consideration of the provision of the Services to be assigned to Daovest by virtue of posting herein except for material and information belonging to third parties which shall remain the copyright or intellectual property of such third parties.
Member agrees that the Services may only be used for the Member's own and non-commercial use, and not for publication, distribution, transmission, retransmission, redistribution, broadcast, reproduction or circulation to anyone else, and not for posting to forums, newsgroups, mailing lists, electronic bulletin boards, electronic chats and/or other any platforms or websites.
Member shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any materials, information, data, software, products or services obtained from the Services and/or from the Platform. Member acquires no rights to the user identification code or password assigned to him/her by Daovest and Daovest reserves the right to change the same at its sole discretion without being liable to Member for any loss and/or damage suffered.
